One to one session. From a herbalist perspective, we talk about your symptoms, and we also dive into any other issues you have had over your life. I will look for connecting patterns, so that I can help heal all your symptoms and leave you with more overall energy and happiness. After our talk I will prepare a personalised one month plan with special herbs, teas, extracts, tinctures or oils to suit you especially. I will also include a diet plan and a list of other suggestions to suit you personally. In short: -No holistic herbalist conversations are ever the same, as we are all different. - No remedy will ever be the same either. - Every session will take much longer than you will have ever tried at a doctors consultation. - After a session, you will be given a list of your own personal remedies. INCLUDED IN ALL MY HOLISTIC CONSULTATIONS: 1. Your own personal herbal Tea blend 2. A Cookbook for you 3. A full 3-month plan with herbal remedies suggested 4. Your own unique food plan - 5. A follow-up phone call to our session, so you will not be alone on the journey of healing. First consultation lasts almost 2 hours. PRICE: FIRST SESSION: 1500kr.
